What really knocks them out is the cheap sunglasses

[Bespectacled audience participation favorite, Bausch & Lomb stockholders were gratified to find this Deguello eye-opener generated additional dividends as Wayfarer sales soared. Shades of insider trading?
- LyricsFreak]

When you get up in the morning and the light is hurt your head
The first thing you do when you get up out of bed
Is hit that streets a-runnin’ and try to beat the masses
And go get yourself some cheap sunglasses
Oh yeah, oh yeah, oh yeah

Spied a little thing and I followed her all night
In a funky fine Levis and her sweater’s kind of tight
She had a West Coast strut that was as sweet as molasses
But what really knocked me out was her cheap sunglasses
Oh yeah, oh yeah, oh yeah

(solo)

Now go out and get yourself some big black frames
With the glass so dark thay won’t even know your name
And the choice is up to you cause they come in two classes:
Rhinestone shades or cheap sunglasses
Oh yeah, oh yeah, oh yeah
- ZZ Top

And I thought it was rohypnol. Anyhoo, if you give any credence to ZZ Top's song, you can find cheap sunglasses (for a buck) at A&N in the Westhampton neighborhood of Richmond, VA. Unfortunately, I'm not aware of any A&N's downtown, thanks to the hollowing out of the retail core. So I now get my cheap sunglasses at C-Mart at 519 East Franklin St. Look for the big green "e" on the corner. There are some sunglasses in trippy colors and a respectable Foster Grant knockoff.

I really don't know whether cheap sunglasses really knock out ladies or men. I suppose you could ask them on camera and come up with an interesting documentary. I get cheap sunglasses because I always wind up losing them and I don't like getting cataracts. Any impact on women is gravy.
