Meet your next ex. Hey, I didn't write this copy - blame Yahoo. Babe's deserves a higher rating, if only for the beautiful people decorating the deck/patio. Bars and restaurants come and go in the Fan, but Babe's goes on forever. It is the closest equivalent in Richmond to the St. Maarten Cafe on the UVA Corner in Charlottesville. Also, Yahoo calls the Paper Moon a bar. It's really a strip club - not the place you would want to meet a first date for drinks, unless she's rather liberal-minded for Richmond.
